About

Meghan Zech, ND, FABNO

Dr. Zech is a dedicated advocate for holistic well-being. Her journey into the world of natural medicine grew out of a deep fascination for the healing properties of plants and a curiosity about the intricate balance of the natural world.

Starting with an undergraduate degree in Architecture from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, Meghan's path took a transformative turn when she pursued her passion for naturopathic medicine at Bastyr University. Her educational journey culminated in a two-year residency in Integrative Oncology.

Meghan's dedication to excellence is evident in her board certification in Naturopathic Oncology (FABNO) and recognition as a Registered Herbalist by the American Herbalist Guild. This dual expertise allows her to offer a unique perspective that seamlessly blends conventional and natural therapies.

Understanding the importance of meeting patients where they are in their health journey, Meghan strives to integrate individual goals with evidence-based therapies. Her approach goes beyond treating symptoms; she collaborates with patients to optimize health through personalized attention to diet and lifestyle. Meghan's practice includes the thoughtful incorporation of herbal and nutrient support, tailored to each patient's unique needs.

With Meghan, you'll find a practitioner who is not just dedicated to healing but also passionate about enhancing both the quality and quantity of life. Experience a holistic approach to healthcare where nature's wisdom meets Meghan's expertise, guiding you toward a healthier and more vibrant life.
